特點(diǎn)  Feature

1．采用四柱三板式結(jié)構(gòu)，活動(dòng)板與工作面平行精度高，四個(gè)精密套使上壓垂直精度高

2．油缸采用快慢兩種油缸動(dòng)作，分多段速度控制，單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì)保壓時(shí)間

3．設(shè)備液壓組合在機(jī)架內(nèi)部，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形美觀大方

4. 液壓系統(tǒng)采用伺服系統(tǒng)，精度高，噪音低且節(jié)能, 壓力及速度均可在觸摸屏里控制

5．另可選上下模板增加發(fā)熱裝置和進(jìn)口智能溫控器，溫差可以精確±1度，上下模溫度可分開控制，操作方便

6．另可選中間模板增加測(cè)力傳感器及顯示器，精確顯示產(chǎn)品受力狀況，達(dá)到所需工作目的
