特點  Feature

1. 該系列液壓機床以1-14MPA的液體壓力為動力源，外接三相AC380V 50HZ或三相AC220 60HZ交流電源，總耗電功率不超過3.7KW（也可依客戶需求使用單相AC220民用電源）;

2. 采用四柱三板式結(jié)構(gòu)，活動板的垂直精度由四個精密導套控制，下工作面與上工作面任意點的平行精度達到0.08MM以下；

3. 采用可調(diào)式定位油缸，下死點定位精度高，重復精度達到0.01MM以下，100%保證裁切深度；

4. 標準機裁切面積為520MM*350MM（相當于21英寸液晶顯示屏），也可根據(jù)客戶要求訂做；

5. 壓力、裁切行程、下壓時間、閉合高度客戶均可自行調(diào)整，方便操作；

6. 該系列液壓機械出力范圍有3TF、5TF、10TF、50TF可選（1TF=1000KGF=9.8KN），也可依客戶要求定做；

2. Precise four-column three-platen frame, the grad of parallelism between the Active platen and the work platform could reach up to more than 0.08mm under the control mode that the three platen are controlled by the four precise guide sleeves;

3. See the adjustable cylinder stroke and the cylinder fixed positioning point, they bring a grad of repeat precision of better than 0.01mm, entirely make sure the cutting precision;

4. Standard area to cut: 520mm*350mm(Very close to the size of a 21inch LCD display), customized available;

5. Pressing force, stroke of cutting, die height could be adjusted manually;
